I bought this for my wife's iPod Touch 2g, remember it's 2g (second generation) touch only. It fits great, doesn't move around in the case, I think it looks very nice as well, without increasing the profile of the iPod that much. She hasn't dropped or smashed her iPod yet, but if she does I'll let everyone know how it holds up. ;) My only complaint was with the screen, I for the life of me could not get the bubbles out, I popped it off and reapplied it a couple times, no dice. It's not rocket science, I've put film on my phones etc without issue...I don't know how "film technology" differs, but this one just didn't seem to work very well. Prior to that I had cleaned the screen with the soft cloth that comes with it... Anyways not a huge deal, you can get a film cover anywhere fairly cheap, what I wanted was the case and the case is great.

It appears to be flimsy right out of the box but once connected to the ipod it is quite sturdy and doesn't deter from the sleek design of the touch...It's simple. I like it.
